Hubby's new pet

Red Lobster...

DH has always been a "sea animal" lover. I remember during our courtship time...(oh yeh...14 years back), he actually kept some funny, ugly fishes with pouting mouth - baby parrot fish (well that time, it was my first time seeing this kind of fish and bb parrot fish is grey in color) in his bedroom.

And can you imagine...during one of my birthday, I received an aquarium set(with light, pump...and all accessories) and a few(cannot remember how many) gold fishes...

Well, he always say he like unique things even pets...few years back he had been bugging me that he wanted to keep stingray...everytime we visit QianHu or any aquarium shop...

But I always dissuaded him...yah, I got really frighten when I see stingray.

Play Dough Recipe

This is just what you need. Have fun with your kids.

Playdough
Ingredients:
2 mugs of plain flour,
1 mug of salt,
1 tbsp of cream of tartar,
2 tbsp of cooking oil,
2 mugs of water,
3/4 drops of colouring
(depending on how bright you want it).

Method

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan.

Cook on a low heat until it becomes tacky.

Put out onto the worktop and let it cool.

Keep kneading it until it is no longer tacky.

Store in an airtight container to stop it drying out when not in use.

The usefulness of playing dough

Playdough is useful for children's manipulation skills. It develops hand-eye coordination. The children will probably enjoy using
shaped cutters, making shapes independently, using a rolling pin, using
the playdough to make letters from their name, making faces, animals,
etc. Playdough is also good for role-play and encourages conversation
between adult and child or child and child. Ideas would be to make
a pretend cake, dinners, etc. Encourage the children to ask you
questions to find out what you want and when they are answering
your questions encourage them to answer in sentences. These are good
conversational skills that will be useful to them not only in nursery
but further up in the school as well.

Don't know since when...

...I am becoming more like auntie? The sight of this make me happy.

When I was young, my mom used to say that she like sunny days so that all the clothes will be dry and crisp, that time I don't feel anything....

Last month, the weather is so wet, rain and rain, then I realised that all my clothes cannot dry and finally understand my mum's feeling...

Anyway, I just feel very blissful looking at the clothes sun-tanning. Funny me.
P.S. Yes, all these are Angel's clothes for 3 days and its alot, this girl always sweat and change clothes....
